Photography Minute is a blog focused on helping our readers learn the skills  (and the art!) of photography, find information about new cameras, lenses and gear and see some awesome photographs.

Why another blog about photography?

There are tons of great blogs, websites and discussion forums out there on the topic of Photography.  Plenty of them are much better than this one…but my hobby of photography has turned into a passion and I wanted to build a place to share my thoughts, tips, reviews and general chit-chat about being an amateur photographer.

I try to link to a location to purchase the products that I review (books, gear, cameras, lenses, etc).  Most of the time, these links are affiliate links and/or provide some type of commission to me.  In addition, I’ve included Google Adsense on the blog but have tried to keep it very nonubtrusive.
