Video capture of American White Pelicans

Tracie and I went out to White Rock Lake this for some birdwatching and photography.  We saw some cormorants, pelicans, seagulls, coots and lots of ducks.  Photos of some of these to come.

While out this morning, I wanted to test out the video capabilities of my Canon 7D with the Canon 500mm attached. I setup the combo on my Induro CT314 tripod and pointed the camera/lens at a couple
